The case is made from solid titanium, which is nearly 50 percent lighter than steel, but 30 percent stronger. Measuring 31.5mm (1.25 inches) wide, this square case is just 6mm (0.25 inches) thick and it's topped by a bezel with tiny machine bolt accents. It has a champagne dial that's complemented by silver stick dial markers, dotted small minute indexes, silver baton hands, and a day-and-date function at 3 o'clock. Other features include a super-hardened, scratch-resistant mineral crystal and precise Japanese quartz movement.

I was very surprised by this watch. It is well built,incredibly light, and comfortable. I was so pleased that I bought another Skagen Titanium in black.

watchband broke day 1 (2009-03-03)
Beautiful watch, but the band broke the first day. 45.00 for a replacement band at Skagen - and the watch was only 100.00 total. 3-4 week waiting period to get a new band. Big hassle.
The type of screw in band makes it difficult to find a different replacement.
great looking watch! (2008-12-18)
Ever since I've owned this watch, I've had different people tell me that they liked it and that I must have spent a lot of money on it. Even my Dentist questioned me about it. The watch is surprising light but very durable because of the material it's constructed out of. Very comfortable leather watch band. This is a great watch in my collection!
